POA India lo house refinance kosam bro, SBI is asking for attestation from consulate.

Yes, original passport pampinchali. They will send it back to you in 2 days. Phone kante email better.

5 yrs ago DC consulate lo cheyyinchaa.. in person 

2 min lo work done
