I think he works in downtown and they have 1 year old kid so long time to think about schools. But please suggest good neighborhoods with homes around 450k.

Lot of traffic....bridges ...tunnels...rivers ...crossing...roads are windy....up and down...

People are racissts....

Move to south states ....better buy there only....

I think Pittsburgh is fairly better compare to rest of the PA in terms of racism . Am I wrong ?

There are many but South Fayette, Wexford are the current top two for Indians.

South Fayette -- very good school district, better location, growing community, low cost houses but high taxes.
Wexford -- good school district, growing community, high cost houses but low taxes.

There are again many builders but you can start with Ryan.....
