yes , people are buying , hyd lo 2c+ apartments kotunnaru ante ye lekkana unnaro janalu choodu bhayya..

all it needs is a couple of idiots to buy , it triggers a hype cycle in that place , next thing you know there is a lot of demand and realty builders will be lining up building homes in that area and selling at sky high prices..

sometimes it feels like whatever we earn is a joke , people became uber rich in the last 1-2 decades in India by investing in real estate..how long the hype train will run is anyones guess..

better not to buy apartments in hyderabad, go to outskirts and buy some spacious land and build a home there. e madhya apartments anni non habitat zone lo unnai not like before.

suppose you sent  1 lakh to inida in 2010  , dollar rate then was 58 round .. if you want to get it back now you will pay round 73 for dollar .  even 2010 lo nuvvu real estate lo invest chesav anuko,  motham black lo untadi . you need to get it back in hawala even then see the dollar diffrerence ?  ade ekkada init meda invest chesi untey better

sitting here and investing in real estate  (lands and plots not shitty apartments ) in hyd , unless you have some local political backing is a like losing money down the drain .
