My problem is not with testing, my problem is with revealing who was tested positive. Repodduna covid vachina vallaki some other ailment untundi ani telisindanuko, wouldn't everyone know that you have that ailment? Isn't that against HIPAA compliance?

Before every test you need to sign, so I didn't sign for the future tests

I feel like this is a case of infringement of rights. Basically my employer is requiring everyone to get tested every week and we have to consent to share our results with employer. I understand if you say wearing a mask is a requirement, but I think sharing medical records is an infringements of my rights. One of the buildings had to be vacated today because there was a COVID positive case there. I feel like people will be able to guess who it is that tested positive based on who works in which building and if they are able to come back to work or not. I am not comfortable with people knowing my medical records like that. I think it's infringement of my rights.

Everyday my employer tests for my virginity as I work in Strip Club @LawnJLaRayudu

Would you say the same thing about HIV? Employers aren't legally allowed to access patient medical records, what makes it alright for them to do so with COVID? You are revealing patient identifiers by closing down for cleaning specific areas, repodduna covid valla complications ostayi ani research lo telithe, every fcker at work would know who were COVID positive at work, what if that leads to discrimination? How is that not illegal?

HIV cannot be transmitted by sitting in your office , it's not a apt comparision

Scientific field lo unna kabatte HIPAA training tiskunnanu. This is in clear violation of HIPAA compliance.

They will not reveal. If they reveal that comes under HIPAA violation. You are sharing with employer only right.

If they vacate a building and clean a lab, then one person in the lab stops coming to work, isn't it obvious?

It is your employer’s responsibility to inform everyone if a positive case has been identical the work location... if someone can deduce who the patient is, based on some guess, that is not their problem..

Honestly, no one cares anymore. You are just one of the 14M cases in the US. Be happy and hope that you are not among the 100K patients that are currently hospitalized due to severe symptoms. I am not even talking about the 2500 people dying everyday..

Based on HIPAA partially revealing patient identifiers is also illegal.

That is silly You don’t get infected with HIV by sitting next to a HIV patient and you don’t need a mask to sit next to him.

People are dying and you are worried about HIPAA. Looks like you haven’t understood the seriousness of COVID. would you say the same if you are infected with COVID? Go and sue the employer what are you waiting for?
