Our bonus is based on performance reviews. Ah rating batti hike and bonus decide avutundi anta. This is my first year. Monday ki anniversary. Maneddam anukuntunna and e vishayam telisindi. Bonus vachaka manesta. I never got bonus in life want to see what it looks like.
