yes my contract says quarterly bonus but as of now my company had only 2 quarters in this year.

the work is same, infact more with being at home sometimes we are working on weekends.

They get a 1-3% increase in base pay along with a step increase. It ends up being 8k-10k increase in base pay per year in the first four years. In addition to that they get a performance based bonus of 1-2k depending on their review.
