Bonus amount will get auto deducted for 401k uncle, if your contribution is 6% every pay check it will deduct the same amount in bonus also not the complete bonus amount go to 401k as deferral .

@Vaampire  small correction,

bonu pay check lo ichetappudu 45% cut cheskuntadu, but end of the year tax filing appudu it will be accumulated in AGI..

so ne tax bracket ki vastadi ...so u will get back that extra amount

U can change allocation for bonus. Nenu aithey max pettesa.. single shot lo 401k done. Regular pay check lo no cutting inka
