handling stress is very very important 

agreed its our responsibility to take of our parents, we are what we are because of them(they might not have given everything we asked for, but they provided for us)

but find a middle ground brother......you are doing the right thing taking to people......please continue to do this, talk to people and please keep sharing things with people you trust. Dont hold anything inside you brother, keep sharing and talking to others
