N no dairy for me ..so perugannam is luxury to eat ..entoo Ee life but tats fine I’m gonna eat crunchy salad with lettuce and Red cabbage and pumpkin seeds and celebrate

Biggest culprit for weight gain (fat) are carbs , that too simple sugars aithey will wreck your body. Olden days lo ghee and cold pressed oils valla everyone consumed enough healthy fats but ippudu ala ledu.

Go to doctor to check up blood 🩸 sugar level, if you are in diabetic/pre-diabetic stage , they prescribe metaformin HCL, will will control your blood sugar level as well as helps to reduce your weight.

I guess you hit a plateau on both sides, gaining or losing. u need to keep doing it to achieve either
