Interest rates are very low and avi perigithe kaani home rates thaggavu. May be 5 to 10% correction vundochu... but I with you guys house if market is crazy right now

not totally true....  lumber prices went way high due to covid and lumber shops are selling it in black due to high demand. normal home is costing 10-20k extra because of this . its a temp price hike , i wont suggest buying new homes with these prices unless you are getting a really good deal.
