Vaampire Posted December 6, 2020 Report Posted December 6, 2020 U should understand one thing. Over all gaa nuvvu profits lo untey, u have to pay tax for that profit. over gaa loss lo untey, u can only claim loss for certain amount(3or4k exact ga gurthu ledhu). Migitha loss next year ki carry over. dec 31 is the deadline Quote

CH_Desi Posted December 7, 2020 Report Posted December 7, 2020 First thing, I hope the losses are not from wash sale, if it's a wash sale we cannot claim losses. Second thing, unless you realize the losses before the end of this calendar year, you cannot claim those losses while filing 2020 tax returns. Quote
no01 Posted December 7, 2020 Report Posted December 7, 2020 when you say losses, does this also include Option losses? or just stock? Quote
