random HIIT workouts with a timer set with 15 to 30 secĀ rest in between.Ā  Used to use an app while I started HIIT Workouts but searching for an app which can randomly generate a HIIT which can be customized based on what I do. I cant perform all the exercises because of certain minor injuries

Don’t mind me asking, is it back/lower back/knee/ankle that is restricting you from cardio?

but last 5 months nundi weight gain avutuna,, ipudu over weight category ki vacha,,, Nuvu cheppina procedure follow ite emaina change vachinda? Totally no rice aa ite few weeks?

I get pain in shin, and if I run a lot I get ankle pain.Ā

Yes, first couple of days body shock lo untundhi, and you may feel a little bit of nausea/headache. Advil and water tho manage cheyi. Once it sets, you will get used to it. Increasing protein content and decreasing carbs is one of the better ways. Not saying that you have to reduce carbs for ever,Ā but for two weeks it is good. After that,Ā introduce brown rice, butĀ only before 12. Also start walking/stretchingĀ if you have not done any exercise before. Body should get used to the routine before you jump on an elliptical/treadmill.
