Since the elliptical has a significantly lower impact on the major joints, it's a safer and more accessible way for people with knee, hip, or back injuries to get a good aerobic workout Ā Best for race training: Treadmill Best for a full-body workout: Elliptical Ā The treadmill mimics the natural movement of running outside, which makes it a better option for race and sports training. But the elliptical is the lower-impact option of the two, so it's a safer and better option for folks with ankle, hip, and knee issues. Ā Quote

Totally no rice aa ite few weeks? Yes, first couple of days body shock lo untundhi, and you may feel a little bit of nausea/headache. Advil and water tho manage cheyi. Once it sets, you will get used to it. Increasing protein content and decreasing carbs is one of the better ways. Not saying that you have to reduce carbs for ever,Ā but for two weeks it is good. After that,Ā introduce brown rice, butĀ only before 12. Also start walking/stretchingĀ if you have not done any exercise before. Body should get used to the routine before you jump on an elliptical/treadmill. 1 1 Quote
