Gait check cheyinchukunnava? Shin/ankleĀ ante weight is not passing down correctly. I agree that you have to strengthen your muscles around it first so that you do some cardio again.

Humm oka 45mins-1hr kante ekuva cheyakunda ...warm ups for legs b4 jumping onto the treadmill will help.. nenu 1.5hrs I get slight tingling sensation by the end of the day..

minor injuries unde but they are healed now. now i am over it but still have that mental block on certain things.Ā
