Okay just an FYI - HIIT is not suitabke for everyone, 

your body should support it, just cos one wants to shed hell lot of calories within short period of time, one imp thing to consider does your body support it, if not for sure body will end up in trouble with dam aches all over., 

I did tons of burpees, stairs, tire lifts, ropes, with different sets in that short intervals, sometimes body hurts, but my body is very good in taking a lot of pressures, meaning its all good with HIIT.
