it is  same as alcohol ... use it wisely... since it is natural product the withdrawal syndrome is less compared to synthetic .... I had it for long period but stopped from few years.. I did not had withdrawal effect... but those who do not have strong will and still dependent on parent's income, who does not have courage to take failures I seriously suggest f**k off ... do not try it or use it..
