They can break their company to multiple small companies and maintain less than 50 employees at any time.

 

Only problem is for Witch companies who will try and hire locals (GCs, H4 EADs, OPTs) and L1 visas for low paying jobs and compensate

witch companies antha mandi h1b meda unnara ? i mean not 20k but half? i dont think so vayya . they will not put half of employees on h1b not economical for them

Switch chese uddesam unte GC tho pani em undadu le. GC ochina rakapoyina same tension, no change in stress levels.
