LRS vi okkati not allowed. Legally chusina LRS ledu ante unapproved kindhaki osthadhi ani govt argue chesthadu, so registrations are not allowed even under older CARD system or prior to that manual system kinda consider cheyallana unapproved layout plot and house/property ki legally etla chestham registration antadhi govt.
