First of all coorporates entering farming sector is not a bad thing .

Stop believing that private = bad in this age . 

Main problem is farmers do not have have the bargaining power because by law you cannot have more than 35 acres of farm land . 

There are no protections for the small farmer , the leverage is with the brokers . 

This is not a terrible bill or this is not a great bill either . Opposition does not want any reforms , government does not want to bring protections to farmers .

also reforms are ongoing process. Govt can easily include what the farmers ask for, now and based on certain agreed criteria give up protections slowly.

can't believe govt doesn't listen to the most productive farming community in India.

If they don't want free market, it means there's something wrong with free market in India. govt should work to fix that. not grand stand against farmers.
