Weird H1B case

Hi, here is my h1b case scenario

I am a FT employee.

1. July lo H1b extension approved for 3 years with company A and received i797

2. Sep lo applied for H1b amendment applied for transfer to sister company B

3. Oct first week lo, online status showed as approved and received email confirmation with approval for 3years with company B.

4. Still after 2 months of approval, we didn't receive I797 for company B

5. Yesterday, fragomen confirmed USCIS reopened the case with RFE while they have not updated the online case.

6. RFE is opened for specialty occupation, mari same position with company A ki ela approve chesado....

So eppudu company A tho nenu stamping vellocha until iam on same payroll?  Company B RFE ki respond avakunda stamping ki velli vache varaku?

Vellochu. I f you have a valid 797 you can always go for stamping, But aa company peru vuntadhi stamping meeda. In the meanwhile if you have company B 797, I guess you can update your 1-94 at the port of entry by showing stamping by company A and 797 by company B.

future lo stamping ahh bro or are there any dates available for stamping.

while you can attend on company A i797a... you also have to check on company policy weather they'll support in case of 221g

eroju early morning chennai/kolkata dates open iyyayi for dec last 2 weeks but now all gone

stamping ki vellataniki kudaradu bro....already oka application process lo vundi company B tho...so nuvvu stamping ki out of country veltey aa application VOID avutundi...so company B ki transfer avvalevu...

nuvvu application resubmit cheyali companu B ki transfer cheyataniki...

Hypothetical situation... it depends on the consular officer’s  discretion .. andukey Fragomen kooda non committal reply ichchaadu.. just  hope for the best if you really have to travel 👍

Company A tho stamping vellochu as long as your h1 is still valid  with company.

Vellocchu...why so much confusion? This is a common case...dont overthink. Only Line 1 and same payroll matters.
