Why does company B's petition matter to VO? Quote

Jombo0108 Posted December 9, 2020 Report Posted December 9, 2020 All in all 1. if you want to go for stamping no one will stop you either company or lawyer... you have to try your luck woth VO 2. USCIS lo oka pending h1 petition pettukuni same category lo stamping ki plan chestunnav, unless it’s a family emergency i wouldn’t dare to do it.. Making a choice is in your end... it’s not advisable to go for stamping but no one will stop you from going END OF DISCUSSION Quote
Joker_007 Posted December 9, 2020 Report Posted December 9, 2020 You have a pending H1B transfer with USCIS so it is risky to travel, unless you have not received a paycheck from your new employer and you need to have a covering letter from your previous employer the officer may or may not ask it, chances are less, if you received the paycheck then technically you moved to new company and you need to wait until the RFE response is filed. .. Do not travel based on some success stories .. their case might be different from you.. If you have to travel for a family urgency then go ahead, Family is most important than the ** up life in US, These VISA related issues will always be there and you can come to US at any later point of time even you are 60 years old, do not listen to your wife's advise they always pull you behind, You are setting an example to your Kids here.. their response at your Old age depends on your current decision, do not think that it will not happen for you it always does. I saw lot of cases, lot of people complain on their Kids to me that they are not taking good care of them etc., in fact me and their Kids saw how the same guy/girl treated their Grand Parents so Karma is back with full power... do not be that guy. If you have money make the visa premium. tell your new company to file RFE response as early as possible then go to India, by the time you finish your work in India the decision will come out... All the best... Quote
