Why will that be a problem when you are still company A employee and getting paid by them? Why does company B's petition matter to VO?

All in all

1. if you want to go for stamping no one will stop you either company or lawyer... you have to try your luck

woth VO

2. USCIS lo oka pending h1 petition pettukuni same category lo stamping ki plan chestunnav, unless it’s a family emergency i wouldn’t dare to do it..

Making a choice is in your end...

it’s not advisable to go for stamping but no one will stop you from going

You have a pending H1B transfer with USCIS so it is risky to travel, unless you have not received a paycheck from your new employer and you need to have a covering letter from your previous employer the officer may or may not ask it,  chances are less, if you received the paycheck then technically you moved to new company and you need to wait until the RFE response is filed.  .. Do not travel based on some success stories .. their case might be different from you..

If you have to travel for a family urgency then go ahead, Family is most important than the ** up life in US,  These VISA related issues will always be there and you can come to US at any later point of time even you are 60 years old, do not listen to your wife's advise they always pull you behind, You are setting an example to your Kids here.. their response at your Old age depends on your current decision, do not think that it will not happen for you it always does. I saw lot of cases, lot of people complain on their Kids to me that they are not taking good care of them etc., in fact me and their Kids saw how the same guy/girl treated their Grand Parents so Karma is back with full power... do not be that guy.

If you have money make the visa premium. tell your new company to file RFE response as early as possible then go to India, by the time you finish your work in India the decision will come out... All the best...

if your payroll did not started use the Old one..No issues...If the payroll still running under old company.. take the PaySlips with you that would prove to the officer that you are still with the Old Employer only...

Vellochu. I f you have a valid 797 you can always go for stamping, But aa company peru vuntadhi stamping meeda. In the meanwhile if you have company B 797, I guess you can update your 1-94 at the port of entry by showing stamping by company A and 797 by company B.

company B ki rfe pandindi bro

so nenu company A tho stamping cheskuni US ki back vache varaku company B rfe is respond avvaru emo

rfe ki enni days lo manam respond avali for h1 premium processing?

Asalu nee Company A ki Company B ki sambandham enti.. If you are going for stamping with Company A then you are their employee.. Company B is considered future employment.. Adi kuda not guaranteed until you started payroll with company B.

One shouldn't have impact on the current stamping.. If you were asked a question by the VO.. tell that it is your second option.. I will think about the offer with company B ani..  RFE ki okka date istadi Uscis.. aa date kaala respond avali.

Aiyina dont go for stamping in the current situation ani anni companies cheptuntey nuveendi vayya.. stamping ..A. B C antaav
