my experience

initial weight loss baane untadi  for 3-4 weeks ,tarwatha process is slow and stagnant .

20:4 will not be sustainable if you are doing heavy workouts, especially strength training. 18:6 chesina parle. It is equally effective. You can have green tea... Inka vere zero calorie options aite I wouldn't suggest as you don't want your fast to get disturbed, and try to workout just before you break the fast, that works. When you are not fasting eat protein rich and nutritious food, get your macros right (carbs less than 35-40%, protein 35-40, fat 20-30)that will help you with cravings or hunger pangs.

Someone suggested to me to drink apple cider vinegar as pre -workout drink which doesn’t kick u out fasting

I have done intermittent fasting in the past and reached to a warrior diet 20-4. sometimes used to do 36 hour straight fast. But I could not do it for long becz of my my personal reasons. Later I felt that I have to follow an approach which I can do for long like a habit. I have seen others who did 20-4 diet but could not do it for long and when we get back we tend to over eat.

Used to drink coffee, light himalayan pink salt mixed with water. While breaking the fast either take protein first or fats first but do not start with carbs.

I have started eating a balanced diet and proper exercise. my main intention is not to look lean or muscular but given a workout I should be fit enough to complete it.
