Looks like democrats are going to stall this bill , I read that they are pretending that the amendments made by senate are unacceptable and so they will stall it.

Nothing is confirmed , some of the left leaning democratic congress members are saying the amendments made in senate are objectionable . 

They haven't so far indicated they will be blocking the bill as of yet  but the amendments made in senate are minor , so I guess these people have the intention to stop it on the guise of helping immigrants but the ulterior motive is not to pass the bill .

So in effect we need more lobbying

Samara that's the wrong question , "what benefit do they get by passing this ? " is the right one . 

Dems/ reps are bickering over benefits extension right now , this (and all other bills)might get  clubbed with it and get stalled.
