I never had issues with desis , as 90% of the work force i work with are americans..rest of the desis either work from offshore or matured engineers .. my job is mostly on the hardware -infrastructure side 

I feel it is software development team or some sort of application /java engineers that go through this desi politics nonsense .

 

One time i worked for few months for a insurance banking client with all desis ..

It is basically the clients fault..most american clients go cheap and keep hiring for less and you see people fighting each other for extension or appraisal with politixs rather than performance !! It is like bigboss house..
