I consume almonds and oats directly yeah. No milk business tbf. You need more fiber as you get older because your metabolism slows down.

My level of health consciousness, I will be happy if I get two meals everyday. Most days I either skip lunch or dinner because my timings won't work. I will die because of irregular diet before other things.
