No way for you as 140 is pending just get 140 first , ilanti offer niku tarvtha aina vastadi some times full time lo lay offs etc unte there perm gets delayed , for me day 1 chesaru process meaning they give green signal tto attrorney for me to get 140 1 year ayindi Just stick tto the current company and get 140 tarvtha based on S386 drama yu can make decision Quote
