Surgery is surgery. Evaru chesna okela untadhi. The question is do they even teach surgery and its related basics to Ayurvedic doctors??

There are no Ayurveda experts who can perform operations... Allowing them to practice medicine is different from allowing them to perform surgeries on people... They are not trained for that..
