if he doesnt stop then approach UPS and only push towards getting that corrected (without any punitive damages to UPS guy in anyway)

dont hurt his wallet, he is just a delivery guy, give him a chance to be corrected. 

Also triple bolt  your entrance door  and dont open alone when  u cant see image in RING
