i was where u were in 2015. I tried consulting PM honestly wasnt happy and moved back to Java. FT kuda tesukunna but i realized i had no scope with range of politics they are playing.  Skills and certifications kanna right boss and right environment imp.  I am CSPO PMP ACP and CSM as well. Certifications gets u interviews they wont get u a job. Knowledge range improve avutundi . Right company and right boss is most imp if you want to grow in managerial side. Anyways i dont mean to discourage you.  Good luck !

I would suggest to focus on ur resume first. I m from tech side nannu many interviews lo they said my resume screams technical and rather said i suit for lead /architect role. I myself dont know how to make it look more managerial. I dont want to remove tech i know . May be i should focus on that too. my two cents.

roadmaps ,  deliverables , revenue , accounts , accomplishments (non technical) anni cheppali...metrics are important and then the key thing is to highlight what you did to improve the dollar amount for the company...
