PilliBeta Posted December 12, 2020 Report Posted December 12, 2020 Why do you want to do project management? Basically you will end up doing nothing. I see my husband on zoom calls, he talks with a set of people about what they need, and then he talks with another set of people about what they should do. He doesn't do anything in between, maybe I little bit of budgeting and planning, but that's about it. Nothing else. Quote

Don’t do it.. once you become a manager, you become dumb.. difficult for many people to come back to a developer or architect role after few years in management.. I went through this... if you are on H1b, it is even more difficult to find PM roles... Quote

Okasari you will ask some dumb question and the engineer will reply you with multi threading , sync async calls etc and you will not know a s**t of it. That day you will regret. arerey last ki ee baccha gaadi maatalu vinalsi vastondi ani. management roles are only in India. In real life cash is king . In US tech is king. 1 Quote
