Charging ports will be big problem in india. Majority of the cars are parked on streets. 

need a big change in that charging ports infra.

Fossil fuels will still have major role to play in shipping , flights , industries , freight transportation , agriculture , etc . India does need lot of investment in that direction .

Yes. I don't see it anytime soon happening in India. 

It is the reason EV is big hit in China , but Not in India.

Not just at homes. Charging ports need to installed on highways and on all roads for long drives
