Usually any drug that's available in the market has a list of adverse reactions in a small amount of population (usually 2%). The clinical trials are rushed for Covid-vaccine. So it's hard to predict that percentage at this point of time. Could be definitely high.

Almost everyone will be required to get a vaccine. Most of the population will have pre-existing conditions too. Few people will suffer.

They already announced  people who are prone to allergies and hypersensitive ones to not get the vaccine.

They could suffer anaphylaxis. It is life threatening at times.

Clinical trials should never be rushed but it's like need of the hour now. Atleast if most of them are vaccinated, still less spread.
