cough vastundhi kada 3-4 days after quittting.

esp food tinnaka

not mandatory/compulsory. It depends on your habits. Body will resist and urge. Keep drinking warm water at that time . in two weeks, you will see the below
1) Constipation is no longer an issue

2)Your appetite is  few morsels improved

3) Grumpiness due to quit gradually reduced

4) Focus is back to normal

5) It takes another 4 weeks for your lungs to start cleansing themselves

decided not to smoke at all.

real challenge starts from tomorrow morning

my suggestion for not to do

if your body craves for cigarettes, get a nicotine patch, but do not smoke at all, one week lo your body will build physiological processes, after one week you will forget that you even need a patch.. be careful to make sure to remove patch.. you will not be able to sleep.. start with 7mg only (there will be 3 steps 7,14,21)

add ashwagandha and brahmi to your daily regimen along with good multivitamins, deaddiction is a chemcial process, make sure you get enough nutrients to be adaptive, brhami and aswagandha will help you to normalize your focus which was earlier assisted by nicotine as a stimulant, gingko biloba can also be added

think of this achievement as a medal for your commitment and willpower, that will help you not to go for remission

your appetite will increase, exercise and drink lots of green tea, limited amount of cefeinne in green tea takes over your nicotine cravings

I quit it once for an year - every time I wanted to smoke, I used to either eat something or have coffee and did this for few weeks. It was success in my case 😉

later I started again, but thinking to quit now for good.
