Correction only -8% expected anta , mostly due to consumer spending and agriculture and not due to this pandemic recovery  package 

State governments are doing a better job of supporting public than center during a pandemic

I really hope it does but just take a look at the graph , I don't want to mention 2020 figures because it is unfair to blame govt on that .

We have been slowly spiralling downwards for a long time without any exact reason . Nirmala sitharaman's helm at the ministry had been a unmitigated disaster , her blunt refusal to address state concerns , pushing packages that exist only in media circles , extreme bias in allocation of central funds , refusal to spend when each and every other country in the world is spending at record levels , etc  are putting our economy on the death bed.

China is again growing faster than india while  having several times our GDP. At this rate China's GDP growth next next decade will be more than GDP of india by 2030
