there is nothing about printing notes in this article. he is just saying few things about stimulus package. this is the gist

i dont understand why are you even quoting this. stimulus package for a country like india is not even possible you cannot compare US to india and you think stimulus package has made things better in USA.  lol you thought just $2000  each person made a difference for year long pandemic.
