my current visa is valid till March 2021 and have next extension approved till 2024, If i plan to travel for 3 weeks now and come back by jan Mid will there be any problem at POE

Then u have to covid test and take results along with you

Hi bro my friend in ssme situation his expiry is till April he went for wedding and coming back on jan 2nd week he asked attorney and he said no issues stamping appointments kodiga tough unayi not sure you are eligible for drop box

you can come back as late as 1 day before your visa expiry date, as you have i94 until 2024. Remember Visa is like flight ticket... i94 that is there on your new I797, determines your stay.

vachetappudu give new I797 to visa officer , then your new i94 expiry wil be as per new h1 i.e. 2024. I did the same last time .  happy ga velli ra
