the differences you observed between US healthcare system and indian healthcare system

want to know your opinions as i am planning to do my PG there

Ikkada infrastructure undi but in my opinion indian doctors are smart as patient to doctor ratio ekkuva. Ikkada konta mandi doctors ki  patient rogam ento cheppina konni televu. Mukku edi ante motham tippi enno tests chesi last ki conclusion ki vastaru ade india lo good doctor 30 rs medicine to 3 days lo taggutundi. Mild medication too here in US so suffering ekkuva.

Everything is through insurance so US lo health care isnt affordable to many.  Medicare whatcare suthicare enni unna common man /poor man ki ekkada affordable kadu. Even common man who has insurance ki pelipotundi sometimes if the plan isnt good.

India lo doctors bane fraud chestaru in private hospitals but if u have money  and no insurance its affordable. 

I dont know what exactly u want to know. Hope i made some sense.

US lo pranam ki viluva undi India lo ledemo anipistundi.

Laws see very strict here in US and patient data is protected.. any malpractice could cause lot of damage to doctors and health care providers... this is the main reason doctors here in US go by book most of the time... india lo doctor is god... and sometimes they take chances with their experience, which works most of the cases. 
US lo theda vaste court ki vellochu... India lo theda vaste hospital meedaki jalani vesukoni vellochu... 😉

ee madhya doctors computers tho ekkuva matladuthunnaru patients kante... they have to do the data entry while talking to patient... some how we are not getting much personal attention these days

Ikkada doctors detailed ga rogam gurinchi cheptaru if patient has opika to ask . Chala busy doctor ayite at least assistant cheptadu India lo open heart surgery ayina detailed ga matladaru. Actually compassionate doctors and their interaction with patience gives confidence to the patient. Nenu chusina prapancham chinnaadi i might not know all but my doctors is super awesome. Nato ekkada leni suthi estadu. Ohio lo ayina unna nenu doctor ni marchaledu. He is an american.  India lo kuda ila unde doctors unnaru but ento anta hadavadi hadavidi chestaru. Doctor 1st undalsindi compassion kada? 

Ex: Bipin Sethi masthu famous in hyderabad. Ayina patients ni tidatadu.  He is a famous endocrinologist too.  He sees 100-200 patients a day anukunta or may be more. 4 patients will be in room while u talk to him. Ade ma Robert Zimmerman he is HOD Endocrinology Cleveland clinic . Suthi kotti rajma nunchi bharatanatyam varaku sollu kotti mandulu istadu.  Doctor ki patient ki connection undali. I feel happy seeing my doctor too.

Andaru anatledu but based on my observation.  Also, commerical business health care anywhere to compassion untundi. India lo paisalu unte treatment ikkkada first treatment then it could go to collections if we dont pay. Pranam ki viluva undi.

No of patients india lo ekkuva kada . Akkada experience fast ga vastundi compared to here. Ikkada anni number of patients per day isnt even allowed.

Ikkada GC or above status lekapothe ninnu fellowships lo evvadu consider cheyyaru.
