so its a choice for the govt. to pay the small farmers msp, or the big corporates.  Food is subsidized, regardless. world over. 

the funny thing about free markets is, it doesn't encourage innovation in commodity markets.. there's not much room for cost cutting innovation there without underpayiing the labour. It needs external stimuli (subsidies) for the innovation to happen. 

eventually, corporates will dominate farming. you can't help it. only large farmers can stay in business, and when they have additional sources of income.

That’s the problem. Traditional farming will die due to all that what you have said.

You are only looking at ‘food’ or ‘crop’ aspect of it. You are talking about a country dominated by farming. Farmers will be jobless. Imagine what kind of effect that will have on society.

 Modi came to power on a positive note , anti corruption , development like Gujarat , resolving kashmir issue , etc 

Now it's just a complete 180 , where are the anti corruption reforms ? Where are the judicial reforms ? Where is the so called economic miracle of Gujarat ? 

Atleast they removed article 370 in Kashmir but has destroyed their economy while doing so .
