Tamils are like French. you know the language, you are part of the club. if you even try to learn, then also you are part of the club.

your idea of Tamil nationalism seems to come from Hindutva, that hates Tamils and their audacity to show the middle finger to the union govt.

in reality, Tamil nationalism, atleast the kind that DMK promotes is only about showing middle finger to India, and has no intentions of minority suppression within its state.

I welcome that kind of Tamil Nationalism. India can truly fcuk off.

They don't even give dalit a good ministry in cabinet, only give SC welfare anthe, ADMK and jaylalita is far better ra

DMK is a center right progressive party. simple. Its a capitalist's dream party. their administration is as scientific as it can get in India. 

beyond that DMK has to work on a larger vision to work with other regions in India, without empowering delhi. And DMK fails here. Not because they are bigoted, but their ideology is not big enough to include everyone. They chose the easy route to try and get some leverage in delhi.
