Concentration of capex and development  in Chennai at the cost of other cities . 

Failure to draw up a mechanism to upgrade urban infrastructure even though it is the most urbanised state in India . Same for national highways expansion and upgradation .  

I won't list other stuff that are more common to rest of parties in india

The stuff you listed is common to the rest of India too.

DMK never promoted Tamil Nationalism. Anti Hindi agitation is not the same as Tamil Nationalism. They promoted dravidian exceptionalism perhaps.

personality worship is only with actors MGR, Jayalalitha. Karunanidhi doesn't indulge in it much. both MGR, Jaya are not quite staunch dravidians. They were forced to play ball with dravidianism because it is the dominant cultural force in the state. nothing more than that.
