US/Europe nundi money velthadhi vellaki. They will say that they are helping poor people (distributing food etc), but some of it is used to convert. The more people there are, the more easy it will become for them in the future.

That's not complete truth. They could have converted into Islam or Buddhism. Infact, Babasaheb Ambedkar suggested to convert into Buddhism. Most of these people who convert are emotionally weak/fragile/gullible and could be easily manipulated. And the Christian preaching in India and in Africa is exactly framed to do that. Poor and lower-caste people fall easily for that. You will understand if you have gone to their meetings. I had gone during the school days with some friends. They preach a lot and at the end of each session (very intense) they conclude that you will be in heaven irrespective of your sins if you believe in Jesus. Otherwise you will rot in hell irrespective of your good deeds. They affirm that it is the only truth. They literally make you think about your life after death and the eternal pain. Not easy to explain the impact. But I had gone through the emotional struggle, I believed and converted at that age for some months. I knew number of upper caste people, including a couple of family members, in my circle who conerted into it. All were of village background.
