Honestly, W2 serves as veritfication of employment . But neneppudu cheyinchale verification with colleagues. Ah attorney ni format pampamanaka poyava ? F1 visa, OPT,Stem opt, h1b visa & h4 visa ane group undi facebook lo. Velaite post there. People are pretty responsive there.  I will also find out from friends. Will update if i know something.

W2 undi but.... ippdu nene work chese role & specific aa technology lo min 5+ yr exp kavali ..... and letters lo pakka a technology mention chesi undali ani torchur ....
