read about amul management of milk distribution and benefits to farmers

best safegaurd is form a co-operative and deal with them

if you dont want any of these then dont work with corpotate govt will still give MSP. so whats the issue?

 Looks like it helped states that are already fiscally prudent but not states that are inefficient. Transferring debt from the utilitiy firms to the state govt does not help anyone if it does not result in increased efficiency.

the govt said it will give in writing, but few farmers from one state want entire law scraped. 

if govt doesnt give msp they are fre to vote out or vote a party that provides it. this is how democracy works how can farmers of one state hold govt to ransom?
