Renew Passport Services in Houston via VFS Global

Hi friends,

I am just wondering if anyone has applied for passport renewal via VFS Global in Houston?

 

Also I am trying to fill the application in VFS Global site and it's asking for Govt Reference Number or ARN, what is this number?
