Attended drop box interview for H-1b. 
status is showing “Refused”. Any one faced the issue . What are the implications..

Nothing like that. Asalu us-embassy nundi no communication about any docs till date.

Don't loose hope. The online status tool was updated in 2019 to show "Refused" even in situations where a 221G is issued to submit additional documents. So wait for the passport to come back, check if there is a 221G with it and proceed accordingly.

Thanks for posting the info. I called the us consulate customer care both call/email and even the are not able to give a clear reason as to whether i need to submit additional docs.

If there is a 221G then you ll receive it along with your passport.

Watch out status after 10 days it will change to issued. Or watch for email... they might call for interview.

Yeah. Have to wait and check and the status periodically. Till now no email from them and if they call for interview regular slots are not operating. Will watch out.
