One thing I heard of was that Balayya- bellamkonda Suresh case. Chala mandhi claim enti ante it was Balakrishna's wife who shot bellamkonda Suresh because he wanted Balayya to marry his sister. Bellamkonda Suresh' sister was a die-hard Balayya fan ani talk.

Arjun Reddy story was not originally conceptualised by Sandeep Reddy, a friend of the real Arjun Reddy narrated the story to Sandeep, and then he decided to write the story. The original Arjun Reddy story is bleak, and is not rosy like how it was portrayed on screen, what we saw on screen was a sanitized version. Also, the person on whom Arjun Reddy is based on had scars on his face, something which he got during his post-break up, self-damaging period.
