Austin is the fastest growing city in US ,the prices keep changing every few months

2 years back prices were pretty reasonable around 400K for a 3000 Sft home. I’m not sure what’s current price. But Manor, Buda, Hutto, Leander, Georgetown, Liberty Hill, Dripping Springs and Pflugerville are going to skyrocket in next 3-4 years.

This is true, after Oracle announced its headquarters shift, I saw 150 homes in just one community closed. All in the range of 270,000-300,000 in Liberty Hill area. Pretty normal homes 1800 sft.
