Few funds comes under "Negotiation Category, Central schemes compulsary adhe scheme kinda implement cheyyali ani rule ledhu"

Dora used more than 285 Crores antunnaru.. But State Govt has options to use "Central Funds Negotiable Schemes" under its "state Schemes
