My proposal is jagga don't need to develop amaravati and don't spend a single penny on it, and keep as it is all offices here like baboru planned and amaravati as single capital,baboru vachina tarvtha develop cheskuntadu

Develop other cities and towns like vizag, tirupati, rajamundry, kurnool etc

Expectations realistic ga undali.. 5 years lo 1-2 years hyd lo unnaru.. capital selection, land acquisition, city planning anni chesaka construction start chesaru..  they still built several major roads, drainages and buildings in the last 2-3 years.. ivanni graphics lo petti movie thiyyalantene 2-3 years thistunnaru.. oka house kattaalante 8months to one year padutondi.. real capital with real buildings will take decades.. 

i am not a fan of choosing amaravati as capital as there are no govt lands there.. but after such a huge investment, we should not back out..

The whole matter with Amaravati is the real estate rates. 

ordinance pass chesi, fix amaravati real estate prices at 3 -5 crores per acre with annual increase of 10%, everything will settle down and give government assurance for the same.

They can choose to cut down on the target and continue using the current buildings and assembly instead of building everything again in a new place... we don’t need those fancy new buildings or trains etc.. we can have a simple capital.. 

 having two assemblies and two capitals for a small state like AP is a joke..
