Basic ga punjab , Haryana sell their rice+wheat to mandis at MSP with center procuring a lot from these states 

 

These new laws will  shift burden to states , basically they are killing rice farming in Punjab because the Punjabis themselves don't eat rice and there is lot of excess production in other states .  

They should be slowly diverted to fruits / pulses / oil seeds but government is not willing to do the groundwork for that .

You can't shift from a job that you have been doing for 30-40 years so easily .

The farmers have wide support in Punjab , every sportsmen , singer , actor , politician are backing them .

Overall they are good but I wouldn't trust modi government with the implementation .Andhra ni kooda ilagey mosam chesaru
