I think you still have time till March 31st. Maa company lo option icharu contribution change chesukotaniki. I made changes in September

Next year March varaku undi maa dantlo kuda ... but I did not use any from this year contribution so they refunded all of them ...

No avasaram ledu download a form and you can even pay individuals without any tax id

exactly...you can submit 2020 claims till March 2021.

seriously? how come they do this? I mean hundred's of my company employees reach out to HR and it was addressed in one of the yr end town hall meeting by CEO as well. IRS nundi raavali approval ki....and recent ga Congress lo kuda ee issue meeda bill vasthe it was approved but Senate lo rejected (this was part of the COVID relief package). 

monne letter kuda vachindi maa company nundi explaining all this. Without IRS approval, refunds isthe huge penalty to company anta. In your case, if your company can take that hit, you are lucky then

I used none of the amount I put in FSA for this year, credit goes to my laziness  ... I claimed some but that was carried over from last year ... few of my colleagues claimed from the 2020 FSA, they did not get refund ..

maa company lo next yr ki carry fwd kuda ledhu....use it or loose it same yr. But you can submit your invoices of this years service till next yr March end....but again ade yr lo service use chesthene....otherwise un-used funds will die off anthe.

chudam hopefully 2021 lo IRS nundi or House/Senate nundi edo oka positive adjustments istharemo
